Know where
your transfer stands.
Check the transaction record in TERVO and confirm which account and network you are viewing. If a transaction hash is available, use the corresponding block explorer to check its on-chain status. App updates and network providers may be delayed.
Pending does not mean failed
A pending transaction may still be waiting for inclusion or confirmation. Before trying again, check whether the original transaction has already succeeded. Repeating a transfer can create a second payment. TERVO cannot promise a fixed confirmation time.
If a transaction fails
Review the app’s error, the native fee balance and any on-chain failure details. A failed contract execution can still consume network fees. Correct the cause before retrying. If the chain shows success but a receiving exchange has not credited the deposit, check that exchange’s supported network and confirmation requirements.
