WALLET NOTES / TERVO
A little gas.
A clearer transfer.
Sending a token uses the blockchain’s resources. The network normally charges its native coin rather than the USDT being sent. A wallet can therefore show a USDT balance but still need TRX, ETH or BNB before a transfer.
| Network | Token standard | Fee coin |
|---|---|---|
| TRC20 | TRX | |
| ERC20 | ETH | |
| BEP20 | BNB |
TRON resources and TRX
TRON transactions consume bandwidth and, for token contracts, energy. When available resources are insufficient, TRX may be burned for fees. The cost depends on the transaction and current network rules. Use the app’s estimate, not a fixed fee quoted elsewhere.
Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain
Ethereum uses ETH for gas; BNB Smart Chain uses BNB. Costs vary with gas usage and network conditions. Check the amount, network and fee together. TERVO’s current wallet does not provide gas-free transfers or built-in energy rental.
